Zarafa Camp is arguably the most exclusive safari camp in Africa, with just 4 "campaign" style tents evoking a traditional safari ambience, and catering to a maximum of 8 guests.  The camp overlooks the Zibadianja Lagoon, the source of the Savuti Channel, and is one of the best game viewing areas in Botswana and indeed in all of Africa.

Each tent and veranda is spacious, positioned under cool and shady trees with breathtaking vistas of the Lagoon. A large bedroom, en-suite bathroom, featuring a copper bath and both indoor & outdoor showers, are standard.

Activities at Zarafa Camp are flexible to suit guests' particular interests and include morning, afternoon and night game drives with experienced professional guides in custom-built 4x4 Toyota Land Cruisers. Short guided nature walks from camp are encouraged, to introduce guests to some of Africa's less prominent wildlife.

The Selinda reserve is a 300,000 acre private concession bridging the area from the Linyanti Swamps through the dry Savuti region to the Okavango delta proper near Motswiri Camp.

All of the Chobe National Park wildlife is present around Zarafa Camp with a varied bird and mammal community. Abundant plains game can be found here including lechwe, kudu, buffalo, zebra and giraffe. It is also a predator-rich reserve including cheetah, wild dog, lion, and leopard. The massive herds of elephant are another highlight while a wide variety of birds - some 300 or more - can be seen.
