Prime Deep Water Lot. Lot 45 is the largest prime waterfront lot in the Bailey Pointe subdivision, with six feet of water depth. The lot is on a secluded creek a short trip up Bailey Creek from the Pamlico River. It is located in a fisherman’s paradise, just off the Inter Coastal Waterway.
