 Letaka Safaris is headquartered in Botswana and only does Botswana overland safaris. These safaris are well managed with a superb and experienced team. Food is superb. Comfort is excellent with large tents, camp beds with linen, and en-suite toilet and shower facilities.

•Tented camps are comfortable and fully serviced – the definitive in traditional safari style.  Our camp staff set up and break down camp as required, as well as carrying out various daily camp chores, ensuring your  total relaxation on safari.

• Our safari vehicles are spacious and comfortable with each guest provided a  window seat.

• Sumptuous bush dinners accompanied by fine South African wines.   Fresh bread is baked daily.

• Our scheduled departures are guaranteed with a minimum of 2 guests maximum of 9 guests on a scheduled safari

• A skilled safari team - a professional guide, camp manager, safari cook and camp staff, will accompany you on safari. The camp managers co-ordinate and oversee every detail on safari ensuring that everything runs smoothly. With more than one staff member per 2 guests on safari, you are sure to enjoy outstanding service and personal attention.

Guest Accommodation

Guests are accommodated in spacious (3m x 3m), walk-in wilderness safari tents with large breezy windows, a private bathroom en-suite and a shaded veranda. The tents are furnished with two single beds, complete with comfortable mattresses, duvets and pillows (quality bed and bath linen are provided), a bedside table, a luggage rack, a small carpet and a battery powered lamp. Guest tents are serviced daily. The en-suite bathroom includes a hot water bucket shower, flush chemical toilet and hand basin.

A central guest area is set out in the open wilderness, taking full advanatge of our natural surroundings, and is furnished with a dinning table and directors chairs.


Activities On Safari

Game drives are the primary activity on a mobile safari. Depending on the selected safari package, other activities may include a boat cruise in the Okavango Delta , guided walks and night game drives in designated areas, a scenic flight over the Okavango Delta and a sunset cruise on the Chobe River. On a mobile safari with Game Trails you will discover that the excitement is not only in the destination and designated activities, but in the journey itself.

• Spacious and comfortable tented accommodation, including beds and bed linen, with a private bathroom en-suite

• Services of a professional guide and safari team, including a camp manager, safari chef and camp assistants, complete with a supply vehicle

• Game drives and local transfers in customised safari vehicles with a guaranteed window seat

• Exclusive camping in private campsites within the national parks and reserves

• Entrance and camping fees within the national parks and reserves

• Meals and drinks (mineral water, soft drinks, beer, wine and G&T – no other spirits)
